Nice Pitcher! Great tasting water!
This pitcher is a very attractive product that does the job! My whole family love using it daily. Our water is not the best, and it drinkable after it goes through the filtration system. The only small problem we had was that the beautiful bamboo lid doesn’t seal after about a month of use. So, when it starts to get loose, the lid comes off and the water dumps out. Now, all that being said, you learn to hold on to the lid when pouring and it totally still works. Additionally, the customer service of this company if fantastic. I let them know about my lid issue and asked for just a new lid or seal. The ended up sending me the entire Pitcher complimentary to fix the issue. Great product, service and value! Highly recommend!

Just received my glass pitcher from pitcher of life. Makes the water taste betterand my dogs like it better than the tap water. Looks pretty nice too and I likethe idea it is made of this borosilicate glass. Read about the health benefits ofthis water and am looking forward to it. I am going to send one to my parents,as they are drinking tap water

Love the glass carafe
We are trying alkaline water for potential personal health benefits and this product seemed to fill all the blocks. Ease of use, quality of filtration but leaving beneficial electrolytes in the water. While we are going slow to acclimate our systems to the alkalinity, the mild taste helps. We have only recently received the product so no cleaning yet but it seems simple enough.My only critique, the cutouts at the top other inner filter mount and to seal in the lid. I realize they are present so air can come in to eliminate a vacuum effect as the water flows through the filter. But when the notches are aligned as intended, the unfiltered water leaks out when pouring if there is water in the upper chamber. It would be better if they were aligned perpendicular to the line between the spout and handle.Other than that, we are very happy with the purchase.

Major improvement over Brita!
First off – I love the quality of the glass. The difference in taste from this pitcher, versus my plastic Brita filter, are a night and day difference.Secondly, I really like that it makes the ph of the water alkaline. As an athlete, I consume a lot of protein, and since most protein sources are more on the acidic scale – I always make sure I’m balancing my body’s ph out with alkaline water. The glass pitcher is world’s better than my (now retired) Brita, and it’s giving me alkaline water that costs pennies, versus the $2 bottles I bought in my past life.The taste of the water is crisp and clean, and goes perfect with some fresh squeezed lemon first thing in the morning.I’ll be telling everyone about this pitcher! Hooray science.

Does not filter half the water?
Mine did not come with instructions, and when I looked online I found a YouTube video from the manufacturer which says to screw the filter in from the bottom.The pieces do not fit together from the bottom, and if I put it on top, it does not screw in. So half the water leaks around the sides into the pitcher without getting filtered. The edges are not attached to the filter.Not sure what went wrong but I will change my review if anyone can let me know. Based on the pictures it looks like I may have been sent the wrong filter.

Dirt like residue
At first I absolutely loved this beautiful filter. It is perfect and looks great on my counter tops. I’ve had it now for several weeks and noticed black residue at the bottom of glass. I rinsed it out and after couple days the same residue has shown. It looks like its coming from bottom of filter. Is anyone else having this issue?
