Seems pretty expensive for foam rubber, but it is well-made, the right size for me, and remains firm. I went with the firm density and am using it for lumbar support in a reclining chair. Helps alleviate sciatica pain (Update: flimsy and not worth the money)
I have only had this cushion for one day, but the relief that it has given me for my sciatica is immediate and noticeable. I like the firmness and the size, I think that it was definitely worth the money for what it is and I was able to get it quickly when I really needed it which I appreciate. My only complaint is that I actually wish the strap was fully removable, because I find that it gets in the way sometimes, and if I could unclip it when I don’t need it that would be great.Update: I actually took one more star off, because over time this pillow became more of a hassle than anything. At some point it stopped helping with my back pain and actually started to make it worse again. The strap is also virtually useless, I tried strapping it to my desk chair as suggested, and it was constantly shifting, and moving up and down, and the strap is too elastic and not nearly substantial enough to keep the pillow where you need it to be. I think you would have much better luck buying something with a more organic design that actually fits the shape of your back. It was not worth saving the money to buy this product.

Great for postpartum lumbar support!
I got the firm support and it’s perfect! If you’re concerned about it being too firm (in my opinion) it is not too firm. It has just the right amount of squish to be comfy while still being very supportive. I’m 3 months postpartum and work at a desk all day. My PT recommended I roll up a towel for lumbar support to encourage good posture, but I was tired of it not staying put and frankly I wanted more support. I found this and it’s perfect! I just strapped it onto my desk chair and there’s an instant improvement in my posture and comfort!As a mom to a new baby, I’m constantly hunched over in everything I do. So I highly recommend this for good posture!

Fast improvement for sciatica – firm density is perfect for soft furniture
I’ve been dealing with sciatic issues for a few months and I wish I had bought this sooner. My pain has improved significantly since using this while sitting on the couch or in my car.The firm density is excellent for my soft/plush couch, but it’s a bit uncomfortable on my car seat as that is already pretty firm. I may get a regular density one for my car.

Much denser than the original, so it gives you a lot more support. I like it a lot! The quality of construction is great. I was considering cheaper knock offs, but only the original brand offers one this firm.Sometimes it can get a bit tiring using it over a long period of time, but it’s in a way that shows i need to strengthen my back rather than it being a “bad” kind of pain that can aggravate my sciatica.
