How to initially set up the camera?
Power up the camera using the included DC charging cable and a 5V/2A power adapter (not included). Connect the camera to your router’s LAN port via the provided Ethernet cable and follow the app. Then you can unplug the power and Ethernet cable.
Camera Not Powering on?
1. Installed the camera correctly (strictly follow the QSG). 2. Reboot the camera. 3. Cover the camera lens to see if the IR leds are on. If not, please come to us for further assistance.
Reolink Connection to Router Failed?
1.Verify the password is correct with another wireless device. 2.Check if antennas are correctly installed and tightly screwed in. 3.Move the camera closer to the router and reconfigure.4.try connecting directly to the router with an Ethernet cable.
How to choose microSD Card for the camera?
1. 8/16/32/64/128/256/512 GB
2. Class 10 or higher
3. FAT 32
4. TF Type SD, SDHC (only goes up to 32GB), and SDXC.
Camera cannot detect microSD card?
1. Verify that the microSD card is installed correctly and oriented properly.
2. Ensure the microSD card meets the requirements.
3. Use a PC to format it to FAT 32.
4. Test with another card.

No Power
I ordered this item two times and neither one worked even after purchasing the 5V adapter that is required on setup (fine print).I ended up going with the PoE version which will require additional installation steps.

Not user-friendly to program
The light arrived in good condition and on time. It looks good, but my electrician who tried to install it could not figure out how to program it, even with help. I have another Rio link, light and camera that is not hardwired to the house, but on a solar panel. I love it! Unfortunately, I am returning this one because of the impossibility of programming the camera. It is definitely not user-friendly.

Great for rtsp and onvif
I installed this camera specifically without using the floodlight, so my experience is focused almost entirely on the camera itself. I mounted it using a standard 1/4-inch outdoor camera mount, which worked perfectly and gave me the flexibility I wanted for positioning. From a hardware perspective, the camera feels solid, weather-ready, and well built, and setup was straightforward.The 180-degree field of view is excellent and easily one of the strongest points of this camera. It provides a wide, seamless view without obvious distortion in the center, which makes it great for covering large areas like a driveway or backyard with a single device. Image quality has been very good in both daytime and nighttime conditions, and motion detection works reliably once configured.My intention was to integrate this camera with Blue Iris using RTSP/ONVIF, and this is where things got frustrating at first. The camera worked flawlessly in the Reolink app, but no matter what I tried, I could not get it to connect to Blue Iris. I spent several days troubleshooting and going back and forth with Reolink support before finally learning the key detail: RTSP/ONVIF only works when the camera is powered via AC, not when using the included DC power adapter.Once I connected the camera directly to AC power, the Blue Iris integration worked immediately and has been stable since. This limitation isn’t obvious up front and isn’t something I would have expected, so it’s important for anyone planning to use this camera with NVR software like Blue Iris to be aware of it ahead of time. After that hurdle, the camera has performed exactly as I hoped.

Awesome camera
I’m a big fan of Reolink cameras and operate 5 separate Reolink NVR setups. I was excited to see this duel-lens camera available, so I quickly ordered it. A few points:- It’s got great 4K video quality.- It’s Wi-Fi capable, so you don’t need to run Cat6 cables, although that is an option.- Unfortunately, it doesn’t support POE (if you use Cat6), so it has to be constantly powered through an outlet.- I haven’t gotten it to integrate into my NVR system, but it’s still accessible through the app.- It has integrated bright flood lights.- It has AI based smart detection, recording, and notifications.- It’s waterproof.- Because it’s a dual-lens design, it offers a full 180 degree field of view.- It supports up to 512 MB MicroSD card, so you don’t need an NVR base unit for constant recording.- It has color night vision.
