Very very comfortable!
I figured I could trust the TempurPedic brand, and I was not disappointed.The seat has enough support not to sink to the bottom, but is not too firm. I have had my tailbone surgery previously, so I am very picky about chairs. I can sit most of an 8 hr. day without pain. That says a lot!The back has great lumbar support.The arm rests are a little wiggly, but that doesn’t bother me.Easy to assemble, all parts fit and work well, very sturdy, rolls easy.Strongly recommend this chair!

comfortable chair
had bought a different chair from a store that caused me much pain in the hips and back and had to return it. ordered this one based on the brand, Tempur-Pedics’s, reputation and the positive reviews and it has been the best chair ever. i can sit in it for long periods of time with no discomfort. i’m so happy with this chair. easy to assemble. only wish it wasn’t so difficult to vacuum cat fur off of it. have to keep it covered due to my cats love this chair, too.

Not for a shorty.
Feels like it’s built to last (heavy chair), I like the mesh back to keep my back cool, doesn’t look cheap, Good comfortable seat, arm rest are nice, multiple adjustments which is nice but I am short (5’6″) and it does not have a measurement in the details for how low the seat goes so my feet barely touch the ground. I did add the upgraded roller blade type rubber wheels but not sure if that would make the seat higher. The back is tall so my head doesn’t reach the head rest. lol, I feel like a little guy in a big chair.I am still debating on returning the chair and buy local so I can sit in what I will be buying.

Box looked abused and parts in box .
This is how I received my package. Open box and abused box, hardware to chair all tape up not in box and base all beet up and scratches up, looks like it was used.

Nice chair with good back support
