I was pretty excited to get this chopper, as I am certainly sick of trying to dice onions by hand. Plus I looked forward to all the other chopper/slicer options. So I took my chopper out to use it for the first time, and after I diced my onion, I thought about the cleaner brush and cleaner fork because it was time to clean it. But it hit me, I didn’t see either one when I opened up all the parts. So I looked where I have the parts stored, and no… No cleaner brush or fork. And let me tell you, after chopping an onion, you definitely need the fork to get it out of the teeth of the chopper top. I tried scrubbing it with a brush, and using a kitchen scraper tool, spraying with the faucet sprayer… and it took forever to get it out. I looked in the instruction guide that listed the parts, they are both listed. And then I went back to my order on Amazon and scrolled through all the pictures. Both are listed there. So I contacted customer service to let them know parts were missing. They are sending me a replacement tomorrow at no charge, although I think they may be thinking the parts just so happened to be in one of the other prime day boxes I received that day. But no, it would definitely be in the chopper box if it was going to be here. And it’s not. So we shall see. I’ll update later if the parts arent in there. They are definitely needed. The only other negative i can find so far, is that all the pieces that did arrive fit perfectly inside the box, but after taking them out, I can get the lid to fit when input them back in. It’s like a puzzle getting them all in there and getting the top back on. But all that aside, the chopper is easy to use. I was very happy with the results.
