Remove the water tank
Remove the water tank cover. Hold the machine with one hand, and remove the water tank with the other hand.
Remove the CF filter
Open the system top cover, rotate the CF filter 90° to “. ” counterclockwise, and take out the old filter.
Insert the new filter cartridge
Remove the wrappings and protective cap from the new filter.Insert the new filter into its corresponding hole. Rotate it 90° clockwise to the dot identification.Close the system top cover, put the water tank back after filling it with water, and then close the water tank cover.
Reset and flush
Press and hold the “CF” filter life reset button for 5 seconds until the system beeps; the “CF” life indicator light will turn blue and go out.After resetting, it will flush automatically for 5 minutes. During the flush process, the outer ring of the display screen lights up, showing a dynamic clockwise cycle.After 5 minutes, the machine stops flushing and display L1 to remind you to change the water in the feed water tank.Take out the water tank, discard the concentrated water, and add water again.

I recently had an exceptional customer service experience with Waterdrop that I felt compelled to share. After four years of reliable use, my first water filtration unit started developing an intermittent leak around the spout. I was close to giving up and either recycling it or switching to a different brand entirely.However, I decided to reach out to their customer service team first, and I’m so glad I did. Even though my original warranty had expired years ago, they offered me a replacement unit at a discounted price, with a simple return process for the old one.This level of service is rare these days. Still going strong after 7 months!
Works just like new after 6 months of daily use (2 adults 1 toddler). Nothing has broken and water still taste great. We mostly use the manual volume setting and dispense into a pitcher so we have instant availability of large volumes of water.

Pretty good good fit for the water drop
I’ve been using water drop for a long time like three years same machine just keep changing the filters. I would say the filter last time probably bought 3 to 4 times during two years and half would recommend.
