Love this keyboard, but with only one big flaw!
Updates: When I try to program the keys, I figured out another potential place for the knob, the 5th from right on 1st row. So it perfectly fits. I will take back my comments on the flaw, but keep it on the original post as a reminder.I almost took one star off for one big flaw; however, I really like the typing feel and the build quality, given its price. The quality of the keycaps is superior, though the patterned square keycaps are not exactly the same shape as other standard ones. The switches feel good, but I did upgrade/swap a few frequently used keys to more clicky ones. Please note that a couple of keys, including the Enter and + on the small keypad and the Cap key, are not side-lit due to their LED orientations. Other than these, it could be my masterwork. Now, about the big flaw: the package comes with a high-quality metal knob that supposedly replaces the Home key in the right corner when you want. However, after plugging it in, the neighbor’s Pause key is stuck because the knob base takes up too much space. Do not understand why the engineering never tests it. Since I am using the knob anyway, I still give a 5 star to it.

Not really a Rainy75…It’s a Womier M99
Rainy75 is a short keyboard made by Wobkey. This is a Womier M99, which is a totally different product and manufacturer.I purchased this because I wanted a numpad and VIA for macros. When I saw this for a low price, I grabbed two (one for work, one for home). The included switches are fine, but loud and clacky linear switches aren’t my jam. I replaced with silent switches and the typing experience is great. The keyboard is heavy and I love the metal backplate, but this isn’t something you want to lug around.Included in the box is a volume knob which you can use by swapping out the END key. Placement of the knob could be better, but it works. You also get a dust cover and a cheap key/switch puller in the box, plus the USB-C cable and 2.4Ghz dongle.Key caps are very nice and I love the side shine through on several of the keys, HOWEVER, the board has several keys where the LED is not south facing. Most keys have south facing LEDs, but CAPS and + on the numpad have side or north LEDs. Caps lock also required the switch to be inserted in reverse to others on the board, so be VERY careful to look at your pins when swapping switches.Using VIA is okay, but I cannot get cut and paste macros to work at all. I can assign the functions to keys, but CUT and PASTE does absolutely nothing in Windows. Yes, I’m on the right layer. VIA macros are quite limited on this board (194 bytes), so if you need very complex/long macros, look elsewhere. For the price, I’m not mad, but I probably should have bought a barebones kit instead.

First impression
The keyboard is solid and substantial — it looks, feels, and sounds premium. I’m impressed.

Wonderful keyboard, just didn’t work for me.
Unfortunately, I could not get this keyboard to connect with the 2.4GHz dongle. It worked fine on bluetooth and wired. It was easy to connect with the bluetooth, and I don’t understand why the 2.4GHz didn’t work. The instructions were very simple and I followed them several times, without luck. The keyboard action and sound were as advertised and I’m really disappointed I had to return it. Its heavy and stable, making it a lot of fun to type on. I really liked the backlighting and all the options for different colors.

Solid Mechanical Keyboard That Delivers More Than Expected for the Price
This wireless mechanical keyboard is an easy 5-star rating for me. I went in with reasonable expectations given the price point, and it ended up feeling more complete and better built than I anticipated.I’ve been using it daily for a mix of work, gaming, and general browsing. Setup was straightforward across all three connection modes. Bluetooth has been stable for switching between devices, the 2.4GHz wireless mode feels responsive enough for gaming, and USB-C works exactly as expected when I want a wired setup. Having all three options adds a lot of flexibility without adding complexity. The typing experience is where this keyboard really shines. The pre-lubed linear switches feel smooth right out of the box, with no scratchiness and very little spring noise. The gasket structure gives it a softer, slightly cushioned feel that makes longer typing sessions more comfortable. It is not overly loud, which is a plus for shared spaces, but still has a satisfying mechanical sound.Build quality feels solid for a keyboard in this range. There is minimal flex, the hot-swappable sockets work without issue, and the keycaps sit evenly. RGB lighting is bright and customizable, and it looks clean rather than overdone. VIA and QMK support is a big bonus if you like tweaking layouts or macros, and everything worked as expected once configured. What I liked:- Smooth pre-lubed linear switches with a good out-of-box feel- Multiple connection options that are easy to switch between- Solid build with gasket mounting that improves typing comfort- Hot-swappable design makes customization simple- QMK and VIA support adds a lot of long-term value- Bright, clean RGB lighting with good customizationThings to keep in mind:- Stock switches are good, but enthusiasts may still want to experiment- Software setup for VIA and QMK may take a little time if you are new to itOverall, this is a well-rounded mechanical keyboard that feels thoughtfully designed and performs above its price point. If you want a solid wireless keyboard with customization options and a comfortable typing feel, this is a great choice and one I would happily recommend.
