Estamos muy satisfechos con el funcionamiento del controlador. Somos personas mayores y no nos costó apenas emparejarlo. Nuestro aparato de aire acondicionado es haier, de los antiguos, tiene más de 20 años y lo reconoció enseguida. Ahora podemos encender el aire caliente antes de llegar a la segunda vivienda, lo que agradecemos sobremanera porque la casa vacía en invierno llega a temperaturas muy bajas y necesita una horas para ser habitable. Tengo una duda que quisiera solucionar y quizá desde aquí la atención postventa me ayude.Tenemos 4 aparatos de aire acondicionado iguales, están en habitaciones contiguas y no hay más de 8 metros de distancia entre ellos. Los mandos a distancia son iguales y todos ellos accionan cualquiera de los splits, están decir con cualquiera de los mando a distancia, incluso el mismo puedo accionar cada uno de los splits situándome enfrente. Hemos configurado el controlador en el primero de los splits y en él funciona a la perfección, si intentamos configurar otro split de otra habitación, el primero se nos borra y el que funciona es el recién configurado. No sabemos si es porque el mando de nuestros aparatos acciona indistintamente los splits y si es este el caso, necesitaríamos otro configurador. Muchas gracias a VOOX por esta invento.
