Simple and effective
I use this for my job to keep a quiet environment. It helps outside noises not be so intrusive and it allows the conversations in the room to feel more confidential and private. It runs 24/7 with no issues. It is easy to move around, very light weight. It works very well. Great quality. Simple to use.

GAME CHANGER!!
GAME CHANGER…if you have any issues sleeping due to background noise, from where you live, like an apartment for example, or just a loud household…this is for you. Or, maybe you can’t sleep due to the silence around you…this is for you.Game changer…once I turn this little gadget on…everything is tuned out and I go into a “coma”…been sleeping like a baby since first night.Also helpful for people on nightshift who may have to sleep during daylight hours or while working from maybe…bottom line- this is incredible and relatively inexpensive. You won’t regret it…buy it!

My Night Setup: White Noise + 670nm Deep Red Light (15-Minute Auto Off)
I’ve been using this white noise machine as part of my evening wind-down routine. What works especially well for me is combining steady mechanical white noise with very low-intensity deep red ambient light placed in a corner of the room. I keep the light brightness at its minimum setting and set it to auto-off after about 15 minutes. The combination creates a soft transition environment — gentle background sound plus warm, non-glaring light that gradually disappears after I fall asleep. The white noise itself is stable and consistent, and I like that it’s not digitally looped. It blends naturally into the room. For anyone building a calm nighttime setup, this machine works well as the sound foundation.

good, simple sound machine
This is a great white noise machine. I use it to help me sleep or else my tinnitus drives me crazy. It probably uses more energy than those machines that play audio, however there’s no seam. It’s a tad loud to keep next to the bed, so it’s on top of my dresser by the door. I love that it’s white, which is important to me. The switch is easy to click and durable. It’s easy to twist the top to change the tone a little. I haven’t taken a spectrogram of the tone, but it is probably closer to brown noise or pink noise. I love that it is simple and that there aren’t lots of unnecessary “bells and whistles.” I think the upgraded version has more flexibility in terms of volume and ability to change tone, but because you usually set and forget, I chose the basic one. I’m frugal and I am overall quite pleased with my purchase; however I wonder if a small fan would be better for me because I do like a breeze on my face while sleeping.

My ears always ring and I wake up super easy as well . If you like the sound of a good AC in your window this will do it for you it’s a nice breezy drowny noise and you can adjust the loudness as well very nice product.

Didn’t work for THIS light sleeper
I would rate this a 1 for me, personally, but it was recommended to me by a friend so I know there ARE other people who love it. NOTE: I am a very light sleeper so if you’re not, you’d probably like this. Ironically, the booklet says it’s great if you sleep next to a snorer. Not if you’re me. 🤪 I gave it a shot last night and, even though the snoring was a “gentle snore,” I had to turn on my box fan again. I made a video so you could hear the difference in volume for yourself (the Yogasleep is set on its loudest volume). The fan whoosh of this item is gentle and pleasant… it would be great for a home office “white noise” machine perhaps, but it does NOT cover noise for sleeping. I had planned to use this for travel (thus the pink choice — harder to forget and leave behind) but there’s no way it would cover hotel doors opening or people talking in hallways. Not for me.Positive: it is pretty small so would be fairly easy to take for travel.

Just as good as my old one. Bought this as a replacement for my 10+ year old Original version in which the fan was starting to rattle. I hope to enjoy this new one for many more years! It perfectly drowns out background noises and helps me to sleep soundly. I even travel with it and it’s especially helpful in hotels!

Besteld op de Belgische Amazon… toestel heeft een Amerikaanse stekker. Ons voltage is veel hoger dan in de USA… onbruikbaar dus. Speciaal nog een omvormer bij BOL.com moeten bestellen. In de beschrijving staat overigens dat het toestel op batterij werkt… dom dom dom

This works great to mask speaking sounds using a neutral sounding noise. You can vary the sound by rotating a simple mechanical cap with holes that allows you to make it louder or softer. It is exactly what I thought it would be. It is nicely built and it works! The colour is old-fashioned but I really don’t care that much, since it does it’s job well.

Lo compramos 2 veces y uno funciono por 10 minutos y el otro por 1 mes. Contacte con el servicio a cliente porque realmente el tiempo que lo usamos nos encanto el producto y queríamos ver si había alguna alternativa. Muy amablemente nos explicaron que este producto NO FUNCIONA CON EL VOLTAJE EN MEXICO, y el motor se quema, así que hay que comprar el Dhom CLASSIC. Ellos me devolvieron mi dinero apesar de que ya había pasado mi periodo de gracia en amazon y pude comprar este nuevo modelo que es increible!
