The 4G LTE cellular security camera comes with a pre-inserted SIM card, please charge the sim card asap to keep it working properly.
This camera does not support other sim cards normally, if you do want to use your own SIM card or want to use it in another country, please contact-us for upgrade.
Save Recordings to SD Card/Cloud Storage
Once the pir sensor is trigered, the security camera will save the recordings to the SD card (64G included), or upload to the cloud (360-day free, need apply), and you can playback on the phone UBox App easily.
Can I use the camera in other countries, and can I use my own SIM Card or Connect to WiFi?
No, it can only work in the United States, and it only works with the SIM card coming with the camera in default, contact-us to upgrade the camera if you do want to use your SIM card.
This 4G camera can not work with WiFi.
Is the SIM card prepaid, and how to charge it?
Yes, there is only 300MB free data for test, please charge it asap before the data runs out, otherwise the camera will be offline, you can easily charge the sim card with the camera UBox app, choose a preferred data plan.
I have paid a plan, but the camera is not back to be onlin.
Please make sure you have paid the celluar data plan, not cloud storage plan, data plan is for connecting to the internet, cloud storage is for saving recordings. And you have to restart the camera to active the sim card if the data runs out before.
I can not add the 4G celluar security camera.
1, It is not allowed to add the camera to UBox app when the camera is not in USA
2, When the data runs out, the camera will be offline, if you have deleted the camera, you can contact-us to get a charging link, and activate him as a brand new camera.
I can add the camera to UBox app, but it says the sim card is not compatible.
Please make sure the camera is working with its own sim card, if you do want to use your own card, please contact-us to upgrade the camera.

So far, so good!
Setting the cameras up was pretty straight forward. The user manual walks you through the entire setup process and provides ample information covering the different features of the camera. Charging the SIM card is basically a 3-step process. I had trouble at first trying to buy a recurring subscription, but support suggested I try making a one-time purchase instead, which worked (although $10 more than I would have paid for the recurring subscription). I’m assuming this is because the company is based in China (this is what I read), because even though my second payment attempt was approved, my credit card provider flagged the purchase for my approval. Support was quick to respond to my email and very helpful. The camera came with a free 360-day cloud subscription too, which saved us money. From what I’ve gathered, when the camera detects motion, it will start recording and then save that recording to our cloud account. We can then download those recordings to our cell phone to use as we see fit (at least that’s how we have it setup). You have the option to save recordings for 7 days or 30 days (not every recording is necessary to keep). I haven’t had a chance to deploy the cameras on our job site yet, but so far, the picture quality looks great, detection time was easy to setup, and all of the camera features are easy to access and understand. The mounting supplies look sturdy and adequate as well. I also appreciated the way the cameras were packaged to ensure nothing would get damaged during shipping. So far, it’s been a very cost-effective purchase, especially compared to similar cameras on the market.

4G LTE cell cam
This camera is great and so is the support team. I bought this camera to watch my horses that are boarded 15 minuets away from me. They have access to this pasture as well as another farther back, I can see them where ever they’re at, even through a fence. It has a great zoom, clear night vision, clear audio. My only request might be a “camera under attack” feature as well. My 1,000lb puppy dogs/ toddlers decided their all you can eat hay buffet wasn’t cutting it anymore, and turned to attacking the camera. They successfully ripped both antennas off and dismounted the camera numerous times. Needless to say, it stopped working. I messaged the company asking if I could get my money back for the 6 month subscription I had paid for, they agreed. Than I asked if I bought a new camera if they would switch the subscription from the original camera to the new one, they also agreed to that. So I choose to give it another shot with another camera, and put it in a more protected location. Maybe if I don’t talk to them and give the location away this one can last longer than a week!Edited to add:The camera in the new location has been left alone! It has done GREAT here in Michigan with the polar freeze we just experienced/ are still going through. Temps reached the -20s and this camera hasn’t missed a beat. Still has battery life, still charges, still connects. This camera isn’t under any kind of protection, just out in the elements sitting on a post behind a strand of Hotwire. The only “issue” I’ve had is when we got freezing rain and the camera wouldn’t turn cause it was frozen in place. I just walked out there broke it free and it was perfectly fine again. Still a 10/10 purchase.

Funcionan perfectamente, tenemos tres iguales instaladas en la fachada de casa desde hace un año y cargan perfectamente con el panel solar, la aplicación es muy sencilla. Detecta movimiento y salta aviso con grabación, además puedes configurar para que salte una alarma en el propio dispositivo.La única pega que le pongo es comparando con las cámaras de xiaomi que tengo en otra zona, desde la aplicación no puedes ver en directo varias cámaras de forma simultánea, en cambio con xiaomi si. Con éstas tienes que entrar en cada una y verlas por separado
