One of the 2 panels fits several of the iPad Pro model tablets. The 2nd panel fits several models of the Samsung Galaxy tabs. Before purchasing you should check all the compatible models to make sure this Kiosk will accommodate your particular model.The first thing I like about this product is that it has a thorough 10-page well-illustrated instruction manual that covers assembly, and installation. So, with that included it would be very difficult to mess this up. There are 15 parts provided with the Kiosk to facilitate assembly and installation. There are also instructions for variations in installing (such as mounting on a wooden countertop or mounting on a concrete or solid masonry countertop). Of course both variations of mounting will require some drilling which YOU MUST SUPPLY! (drill NOT included). AND, you’ll need a Phillips-head screwdriver (NOT INCLUDED)! The very LAST PAGE of the instruction manual shows a list of compatible devices for your Kiosk. This is probably one of the most important pages of the instruction booklet.This Kiosk is a great POS (point-of-sale) device to hold your iPad or Galaxy Tab to prevent theft. This is a security tablet stand with lock and key enclosures to deter tampering in busy spaces. It has pre-drilled holes so it can be securely mounted to your countertop. So, this is ideal for small retailers, POS checkouts, and front-desk sign-in stations.Made of strong heavy-duty metal, once mounted, it conveniently rotates, 360 degrees; and has a 75-degree tilt, so either you, or your customers can adjust it for comfort, while it remains securely enclosed and bolted to the counter-top.Once you complete your installation, you will have Heavy-Duty metal stability for your Kiosk. The heavy-duty metal base weighs 2 pounds (FEELS MUCH HEAVIER); and the rigid aluminum housing keeps the tablet kiosk stand rock-solid in highly-trafficked areas. Did I also state that the kiosk LOCKS with keys, so your iPad or your Galaxy tab is securely LOCKED inside its rigid metal compartment? YES IT IS? Once installation is completed you will have a clean, professional looking station for your reception, or check-out area. Installation is FAST, and can be completed in a matter of minutes. Another PLUS — you will get two sets of 2 keys, which is nice for when you have multiple employees or staff working your kiosk. FINALLY, although I did not personally test it myself, I do believe that this Kiosk is designed to work either in portrait OR landscape orientation. I’m making this assumption based on the product information and details on the product page. If this is a detail you like, be sure to check this aspect of the Kiosk BEFORE you order it.[AS A FINAL WORD OF CAUTION: Please do not judge this product by my photos (below). I kind of used my Samsung Galaxy just to “try-it-on” but I’m not sure my tablet is one that is supposed to be compatible with this Kiosk. So, I hope you won’t judge by the way my tablet fits. I believe mine was a bit too narrow.
