Why does the screen turn off automatically instead of staying on?
To reduce light pollution and extend the screen’s lifespan, it automatically turns off after 1 minute of inactivity.
Why don’t some devices show battery level or model on the screen?
Only iPhone 15 and later,and iPad(10th gen)and later support battery level and model identification.Other devices like Samsung,Pixel,and tablets charge normally but don’t support this feature.2‑in‑1 cables are not compatible with model identification
Is it normal for the charger to get warm while charging?
Yes. High-power chargers generate more heat than low-power models. This charger uses intelligent temperature control and operates within international safety standards, so it is safe to use.
Why do some devices only show “iPhone** Series” or “iPad pro M* Series” instead of the full model name?
Update your device to the latest system version and try again. If the full model name still does not appear, this behavior is normal and does not affect charging performance.
Why is charging power lower than expected or slower than usual?
Charging power adjusts based on your device’s needs, with a maximum output of 45W (PD). Some devices use proprietary protocols that may limit charging speed. Power is also highest when the battery is low and gradually decreases as the battery fills.

Highly recommend the Anker charger
I got these to help take care of the batteries on our two new cell phones. I do like how they constantly adjust the wattage output as the battery only gets what it needs. The battery temperature monitor is nice as well. If the battery gets warm, it will reduce the charging output to let the battery cool down. The display is most helpful to see how the charger is managing the battery. I bought two, liked them so I bought two more. Highly recommend this charger.

For the people complaining about Samsung quick charge 2.0 I pulled this right out of the description in plain site. “Some Samsung models—S22+, S22 Ultra, S23+, S23 Ultra, S24+, and S24 Ultra—require 5A PPS to enable Fast Charging 2.0.” This is a 3A charger. READI have charged laptops, power banks, small solar generators, several phones, a few low power devices that require trickle charges and this does them all without issue. Great all-around charger and it’s tiny.The only negative I can think of is I would like an option to keep the display on.

It’s a fun little device, a 45w charger, the size of the original nano 20w charger, with a watt meter display built in. Is it better? With older iPhones, earlier than the 16 and android devices, it does seem to be a little less aggressive, in terms of charging wattage, once the battery reaches around 80%, keeping your battery cooler. It does this automatically, or you select a mode that keeps your battery even cooler, by reducing the wattage when you’re not in a hurry.At $30 I’d say buy it (I bought two at that price). At $40, if you have iPhone devices 16 or newer, it’s probably worth the price, otherwise it’s a pass.Recommended for iPhones 16 or newer.

Super Cute Phone Charger
This USB phone charger is great! I love the technological cooling ability that ensures my phone doesn’t overheat when charging; so, it is a great function that you typically don’t find with other chargers. The screen smiley face is also super cute and makes reading charge levels easy to do without having to turn on my phone to check. I highly recommend this charger, I just wish it was a bit cheaper so I could justify buying a second one.
