I bought this oximeter expecting it to read oxygen *and* blood pressure, based on a similar device I used while floating at a facility. I used Amazon Lens to find it and ordered one for myself and one for my elderly parents. I was excited… briefly.Setup was easy—batteries in, powered right up. Then it immediately told me my oxygen was **95%**, which was news to me. I did what any nurse would do: cough, deep breathe, reposition, glare at it… nothing. It refused to budge. Meanwhile, it kept insisting my pulse rate was somewhere between **90–110**, which felt like it was just guessing for fun.Then came the blood pressure readings. This thing *loves* **120/80**. Like, really loves it. Coincidentally, that’s the alarm setting the app asked me to enter. I checked myself—120/80. Checked my dad—120/80. Checked my mom—also 120/80. Apparently, we are now medical triplets with identical vital signs, despite very different health histories.At that point, I grabbed a manual blood pressure cuff and stethoscope (because I don’t trust gadgets that gaslight me) and confirmed the readings were wildly off—sometimes by **almost 50 points**. For comparison, my reliable oximeter read me at **99% on room air**, while this one stubbornly stuck with 95%.Being 10–20 points off would be concerning. Being 50 points off is… impressive in the wrong direction. I’m super disappointed because the device I used at the facility was fantastic, and I strongly suspect this is **not the same model**. I think I ordered the wrong item.Unless you’re looking for a confidence-boosting device that tells everyone they have “perfect” vitals, I wouldn’t recommend relying on this for medical accuracy.

Seems to work well BP corresponds very close to my Omron so I have to assume the other functions are good aswell, knocked a star off as no instructions for App or Pairing search BerrySmartHealth for the app on my iPhone it doesn’t appear in bluetooth devices but is found by the app, good graphing and export features

This oximeter is great to measure my blood pressure.I don’t need complicated equipment or count seconds, it shows me the status of the moment and that’s absolutely amazing.The little gadget works accurately and is easy to use.It has big letters and would be also great for my elderly father.I am very happy with this product and I gladly recommend it to you.
