Q: Why is the VeSync app showing disconnected constantly?
A: The scale will power off 20 seconds after displaying your body indexes in order to save power. During that time, it will show “disconnected”. To reconnect, turn the scale back on and open the app.
Q: How do multiple users use the same scale?
A: There are 2 ways: (1) Multiple Users with Separate VeSync Accounts. Please note only 5 VeSync accounts can pair with the smart scale at a time. (2) Multiple Users with a Shared VeSync Account. Users who create or log in to a VeSync account can create multiple user profiles within their account. All users can log in to the same account (on their own smartphones) without requiring the other users to log out.
Q: How to do firmware update?
A: Please follow these simple steps: (1) Turn on your phone Bluetooth. (2) Light up the scale. (3) Open the app and click the scale picture to go to the device page. Wait for several seconds for it to connect to Bluetooth. There will be a Bluetooth icon that appears in blue on the screen display when it’s connected. (4) Follow the in-app firmware update instruction to update it. Do not let the scale display turns off when connecting or updating.

Great product at an attractive price point
I am very happy with the use, performance, and appearance of this scale. It is a very first-class device at a very attractive price. Unlike my older unit with a LCD display this one doesn’t seem to be affected by being cold in the morning before the house warms up. The old unit would not display all its digits; this one seems to have no issues.I like the fact that it uses AA batteries instead of the button batteries that are much more expensive.One caveat that is my fault but worth noting – the first time I pulled the little insulating plastic out of the batteries so the unit would work, I didn’t latch the battery compartment properly and when I weighed myself the first time, I snapped off the little catch holding the cover over the battery compartment. I have it taped shut at this point, and it doesn’t affect the performance of the scale, but it was a stupid mistake on my part – the cover must be securely fitted and the tab fully “clicked” into place before standing on the scale. There isn’t space under the scale to accommodate an open battery door. That is definitely not the fault of the scale.When you stand on the scale, it initially hunts a bit then flashes the weight three times once all has settled down. That’s a very nice feature allowing you to read the weight without the scale constantly “hunting”.It’s still pretty new, but I expect a long life for this unit.

Excellent Scale
The scale is very sturdy. I thought I would be to heavy as I am 290 pounds but I was able to stand confidently on it. I feel it is accurate as I weighed myself on a different scale and it was the same. The scale is light weight. I just slide it under my bed for storage. The numbers are large and illuminate well. Wonderful scale, but heart rate info is inconsistent at best
This is, for the most part, a great scale and works well and accurately. The only real problem I have with it, and the reason for four stars instead of five, is that it appears to have a lot of problems getting my heart rate. I have tried to determine what might be the cause, but whether my feet are warm or cold, heart rate is high or low, placement of feet on scale, etc., there seems to be no rhyme or reason as whether or not I will get a reading. The scale appears to be able to get all other information from its scans. Fortunately, I have an Apple watch, so I know what my heart rate is before stepping on the scale, but for anyone who might want to rely on the scale for heart rate information, they may want to take this into consideration.

A scale of the future
I love this scale because of its sleek new look and it performs great whenever I want to weigh myself. I am very athletic and i have to watch my weight so the scale is very handy. Its digital numbers are easy to see and I just think it’s a cool scale. Accurate and Affordable
The scale is a perfect size for me to stand on comfortably. The LCD display is bright and easy to read when powered on. Setup is simple. Just step on, step off to let it calibrate, then step back on to get your weight. Based on my experience with this and another scale at my local gym, it seems to measure weight accurately. I think it’s a good value and works well. If I could change one thing, I’d give it rounded corners instead of straight edges, but I’m satisfied with this scale overall.
