The manufacturer contacted me back and asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. I asked for a refund and very soon after, I received an email that my refund was being processed!

Yep this works bc my heart was racing and it caught how fast my heartbeat was going and just confirms my anxiety yay lol but it was really easy to set up you just put in the two batteries it comes with and push the power button and put your index finger in it like the doctors office and it reads the heart beats per minute and the top number is like oxygen percentage. It’s easy to read, accurate, and quality it good- it feels good on the finger too my kid likes it too lol

Great product.
This Pulse Oximeter is very reliable which is important given I am on Oxygen and use the Oxygen daily and need to have a well-made fingertip Oximeter that I can rely on. I would purchase this brand and product again if needed, but it lasts and is well made. I have had it a good while and it works well. It has given me no problems only have had to change the batteries a few times. I have a home nurse that visits me weekly, and she uses her oximeter on me when she comes, but I have tried mine after she takes my levels with Her’s and doing this tells me that my oximeter is accurate for it gives me the same reading as hers does.

I purchased this as a replacement for another Bluetooth monitor I lost somewhere. I have AFib, and quick periodic monitoring of my heart rate is helpful. Cellphone apps where one holds a finger over the camera were simply not accurate. This one combines old-fashioned technology with an app that measures and then tracks the data in the iPhone health app.

Emergency room bill
I’ve used this for a few weeks and my oxygen level had dropped several times in the ’80s. I was told by a doctor and nurses ,if it drops into the low ’80s again I should go to emergency room.One night recently I saw such thing and did so thereafter. I’m in the emergency room they’re taking different tests like cardioenzyme test and x-rays of my chest. blood pressure monitor and a finger monitor on my finger and at the same time I had this product on my fingers as well. My test results came back normal. while sitting in the hospital for 4 hours and comparing my numbers with the hospital’s finger monitor and this finger monitor the pulse readings were correct but oxygen levels did not match. Hospitals finger monitor did not drop lower than 93 but this finger monitor had dropped down to 84 & 85. The initial 82 and 83 which influenced me to go to the ER, which was a great practice but knowing I came up negative on all my tests. ended up now having to pay for a emergency room bill. Sending this back.
