Easy To Use and Accurate
I’ve been meaning to buy one of these for a while, but I haven’t been sick since before the pandemic began, so I kept procrastinating. Friday night, I thought I might be coming down with a sore throat, and Saturday I felt a little off. So I ordered this along with a digital thermometer in the wee hours of Saturday evening. Both items were delivered to my house less than 24 hours later.This pulse oximeter is great! It came with two batteries, which were easy to install. Don’t be daunted by the instructions, which are much longer than they need to be, because there are two different languages on each of the two lists of instructions, which are included. Definitely read them before using though because one of the things I didn’t realize is that you’re not supposed to use a finger that has nail polish on it. This device has a sleek design. It’s easy to use and it’s easy to read the numbers. I like that it comes with a cord that you can attach it to and wear it around your neck, which some people with chronic health issues may benefit from. It also comes with a little black carrying package. Highly recommended! I would purchase this again.

The best one I could find…
We were replacing a medical grade pulse ox that was over 20 years old and very hard to read. I purchased a cheap pulse ox that had great reviews. Neither pulse or ox were accurate so it went in the junk drawer. Not worth returning.I searched for higher quality equipment and found this from Beurer and the company is in Germany. The quality showed as better from the start. Pulse and Ox were both as accurate as the medical units. I bought 2 over a few weeks.After a few weeks the weather got colder and the unit started giving odd results. We changed the batteries and warmed everything including my finger and started getting accuracy again.My review: this unit is probably ok for light duty use on warm days. I now keep it in my pocket and get better results.It is too bad that medical grade equipment is so expensive especially when our lives can depend on it.

Ease of use
As a first time mom it puts me at ease that I have this portable device at home whenever the needs arise. I take my child to the emergency department at least once a year for a respiratory stuff for the past 3 years but since getting this device, we have been able to skip the emergency department for the past 2 years in a row. Knowing the oxygen saturation before calling the doctor’s office helps my providers makes decision whether to send the kid to the emergency department or the clinic the next day.

Super easy to use, and appears to be accurate.The only tricky thing was to attach the carry string to the device, struggled with that before finally succeeded. Why not make it easier or attach it at manufacturing stage?

Me tomo un par de dias estar revisando fabricantes, al final la mayoria de ellos usa los mismos componentes, sensores infrarojos, entonces solo hay que analizar que tipo de precision tiene, la mayoria son buenos, pero me incline por esta marca revise comentarios e incluso en otros paises, es muy buena para articulos médicos, a diferencia de otras marcas que no se dedican 100% a articulos medicos y el precio es mas barato, lo recomiendo 100%, no me ha fallado.
