I was skeptical about purchasing the Derila Ergo Cervical Neck Pillow. I already own several high-end Tempur-Pedic pillows, but they’re too firm and thick, which makes it hard to get my head into a comfortable sleeping position.I’ve been using this pillow for about a week now, and I honestly love it. It cradles my head perfectly, keeps my neck in proper alignment, and has just the right amount of firmness. I’m a combination sleeper—mostly on my back and sides—and this pillow accommodates every position surprisingly well.It may not look like much at first, but it works far better than expected. I was genuinely surprised by how effective it is. According to my Apple Watch, I move less during the night, which tells me my body is more comfortable. I wake up feeling more rested.This pillow puts other expensive pillows to shame. I even bought a spare cover because it’s definitely a keeper. I’ve noticed the low ratings, but for me, it has noticeably improved my sleep quality in just one week.

Best Pillow I Ever Had!!
I love this pillow. At first, I wasn’t sure; but, the instructions were to try it for more than one day. Good advice, because it is the best pillow I ever had. Most of the time I’m sleeping the entire night on my back for 7-8 hours without getting up. I used to get up 2-3 times/night and sleep anywhere from 4-9 hours every day– very irregular. I’m starting to feel normal again!My CPAP machine is working better too — the water chamber started working again! Also, I’ve had chronic pain in my body for years. I am now sleeping without pain most of the time. I believe this pillow is the best gift you can give yourself.Their customer service is outstanding too. I was having challenges putting on the pillow cover so I started emailing the company for assistance. After 2 days and much help from customer service, I finally got it on. I’m glad I bought it because it enables the pillow top to remain cool. I had tried a regular pillow cover, but it didn’t allow the pillow to breathe.This was definitely money well spent!

Comfortable but doesn’t fix snoring
I bought the pillow in hopes that it would help with my snoring and that was not the case. However, I do feel like it helps me sleep and I do not wake up with neck issues. I’m a side sleeper only so sometimes I can get a kink in my neck easily. I only have it four stars because it is a like small and does not fix my snoring which is what it claims to do. I do prefer to sleep on this over other pillows though.

Helps, but does not solve all sleep problems
The pillow seems to help *somewhat* – I awake with some neck pain, and the tiredness is abated somewhat, but not to the degree advertised. I think its a good product, but not a cure-all. It DOES help – but not alleviate all issues.If you are a typical side sleeper, then the pillow design may help you less than those who sleep on their backs. For face down stomach sleepers, its uncomfortable to the point of not being useful. Its a bit overstuffed, so maybe it will improve over time as it wears down. also – the high sides make night book reading before falling to sleep a bit of a problem as you have to hold your book very high to be able to see it over the pillow edge…so if you are the type that likes to read in bed before falling asleep? this pillow will affect your routine. Not impossible- but your arm will probably get tired if you hold a hard cover book 1.5 feet in the air for 20 minutes while you read…but maybe you get isometric exercise benefit? Anyways – I thought it *helped* with sleep consistency – but was not a total fix. Overall 3/5 stars. I’m glad I bought it, and for $60, its worth the gain in sleep. Just don’t expect it to work miracles.

THE Pillow for a Great Night’s Sleep!
WOW! This is a fantastic pillow!!! Have been using it for 2 weeks now. Can’t believe how comfortable it is. I get a great night’s sleep using it. Sleeping on my back or on my side it provides great support, no matter how I position it. I wear a cpap mask which can be a pain to sleep with but I have no issues while using the Derila Ergo Cervical Neck Pillow. I guess that is due to the contours of the pillow. This pillow cuddles your head. No longer tossing & turning adjusting pillows every night! The material is very cool to sleep on too. I plan on purchasing a second one. One thing I do recommend: purchase the pillow case for it. That’s a bit on the expensive side but I don’t want the pillow to be stained with slobber & drool. Haven’t removed the pillow case yet so I don’t know how well it gets clean in the washer. Will let you know. Buy this Pillow & Pillow Case – You will not regret it! If I could give this a 10 star rating I would!

An Improvement in my sleep comfort!
This pillow comes compressed and once you wrestle getting it out of the packaging, it looks great! The pillow case fits just fine if you follow the photos that come with it. I’ve slept one night with it and so far it does give me better sleep. It also helps you keep from tossing and turning over in the night. I like it very much and will recommend it to family and friends!

I like the pillow. it helps to support the neck. I do wish it was bigger pillow, not so small. But the good thing about being small you can actually pack it to go with you to travel if you want. the pillow is very soft and comfortable and has a cooling effect. it does help relief neck pain. i use Muscle Care Pro Massage Lotion by Dr Chris Oswald it really works at helping with muscle tension and inflammation relief in my back and neck and hip. along with the pillow now supporting my head better than the flat pillows that i was using before. id share a video or photo by i really dont know how to do that.

Zu aller erst muss man mal mit Aussagen vorsichtig sein wie “Das Kissen ist ein Muss für jeden”, da nicht bei jedem Menschen die Anatomie, Krankheitsgeschichte und Genetik gleich sind. Was für den einen funktioniert, kann für den anderen unangenehm werden. Ich verweise nur kurz auf die Corona Impfungen.Also mir hat das Kissen sehr gut geholfen. Ich habe jahrelang auf Dinkelkernkissen geschlafen, nachdem ich schwerwiegende Probleme mit dem Atlaswirbel hatte. Deswegen war ich auch erst mal misstrauisch. Ich bin aber froh mich für dieses Spezialkissen entschieden zu haben. Seitdem ich es benutze, kann ich viel besser und auch tiefer durchschlafen. Der Clou ist für mich diese Einbuchtung in der Mitte, die das Ohr schön frei lässt. Es liegt sich sehr bequem. Der Preis ist etwas hoch, aber jeden Cent wert.Für alle, die ohne Podcast oder ähnliches nicht mehr einschlafen können empfehle ich dringend mal digital detox. Elektrische Geräte haben im Schlafzimmer nichts zu suchen. Vielleicht lässt man sich einfach mal darauf ein: Dunkelheit und Stille, ein kühles Schlafzimmer, sonst nichts.

Best pillow that lessens neck discomfort for side sleeping. If the pillow were thicker/deeper at the front edge it would be perfect, my head is not supported and I wake to change position several times per night (although fewer times than when using a standard pillow). My husband’s snoring has improved, he sounds a lot more comfortable, more like a loud breather than struggling to catch his breath.Been using one each for 8wks and have returned to buy a couple of pillow cases as standard shaped pillow cases work.They are cooler and softer but I am having to get a fitted pillow case to maximise the benefit and protect the pillows – but costly but had enough of wrestling with them all night. Pity the don’t have a better choice of colours.Pillow cases are the covers that encase the inner memory foam, they cannot fit over the pillow to protect them as the inner button can not fasten. Disappointed but will keep them to rotate for washing and hopefully prolong their life
