System Requirement: iOS 9.0 or later, Android 4.5 or later.

Enable wireless setting on your smartphone .

Tap “+” on the top right of homepage and choose “Device Manage_x005fment”.

Follow the in-the-app instructions and tap the icon to finish pairing.

What should I do if the scale won’t turn on or detect any body measurements?

*Replace batteries with reliable brand and replace entire set at once

*Ensure your feet are dry and bare before stepping on the scale.

*Stand on the scale and hold the handle properly as instructed in the “USING YOUR SCALE” section.

How to solve Bluetooth/APP connection problems

*Reset the scale: Remove one battery for 5 seconds, put it back

*Restart your phone

*Reset the Bluetooth：

Turn on phone Bluetooth and GPS(For Android)

Open app, tap “+”; Step on scale, tap “FA-03”; Step on the scale again to complete the pairing
