Accurate scale with a great feature set and easy to use
I am very happy with this food scale. Because I weigh the ingredients for each meal to make sure I’m staying on track with my fitness and health goals, I use the scale multiple times a day. Main positives:- Bright color screen with large numbers- Easy unit changing with a front button- Wide range of units (g, fl oz, ml, lb oz)- Useful fitted bowl that is easily cleaned and swivels so that it doesn’t block the screen- Easily cleaned weighing surface on the unit itselfFor years I had been using a scale that awkwardly had the unit switch on the bottom, had a dim monochrome display, and only had g and oz as units. This scale is a gigantic upgrade for me and makes my time in the kitchen much easier.- Using ml, I can now more easily measure things like salad dressings and drink mixes.- The bright display makes measuring more flexible in the morning and evening when I don’t want to turn all of the lights on.- I used to have specific bowls I would use to pour ingredients into, but the included fitted bowl is perfect for that and is a more stable pouring surface while being super easy to clean. It’s a rectanglur shape but with wide curves so it’s easy to clean after each use with a scrub brush so you won’t need to use the dishwasher for it unless you want to.- The weighing surface on the scale is also inset a little so things like veggies won’t roll off.- I’ve found it to be accurate: I can easily be specific to the gram or ml when pouring things like liquid egg whites, salad dressings, drink mixes, etc.A lot of thought obviously went into this scale and it has a lot of little quality of life features that make it very useful.For full disclosure, I received this scale for free as part of a promotion. But I wouldn’t hesitate to buy it and fully recommend it. It’s very affordable and the features are exactly what I need for a tool that I use multiple times every day. My wife noticed the brand and we realized we also have a body weight scale and a baby scale from the same company. We’re very happy with those as well and I use the body weight scale daily.

Thought it took AAA batteries…
I ordered this scale because my daughter has the same one. It’s familiar, it’s accurate and it’s easy to use. However I hesitated because her scale takes button batteries which are more expensive and not commonly kept in our house. I couldn’t find anything about what type of batteries it takes in the description so asked the AI assistant. It said this scale takes AAA batteries so I ordered the scale thinking it may have been redesigned. When it arrived, I was disappointed to see the information the AI assistant provided was incorrect; the scale does take one button battery, not AAA batteries. Although this wasn’t what I’d hoped for, it’s a small issue that I can live with. The scale is thin and can be stored in a small drawer when not in use. Easy to wipe off to clean and works as expected. The AI assistant needs to check its facts before providing incorrect answers.

This came packaged very well, even had a welcome card to explain how each purchase gives back. I got the one with the bowl and I am glad I did. The bowl is very nice and the scale is really great quality considering the inexpensive price tag, I was very impressed. One of my better purchases this year by far. I was so sick of trying to weigh out my Hamburg from the grocery store on a stupid little cheap plastic scale and having the little bowl or whatever I could find to get a measurement just to have it tip over. I’m sure that thing never gave me exact weight. I have been looking for a long time for one, but they either didn’t have one in the store or it was the little ones that are useless. This is so easy to use and the numbers are so big, great for someone who has a hard time seeing, like me, even with glasses. It has a five year warranty so you can’t go wrong. You won’t regret this purchase! FYI…it stores very nicely. Very slender so it doesn’t take up any room. I store mine in the original box it came in, so it won’t get bumped or scratched. LOVE IT!!!!

Great Kitchen Scale
I am loving this digital scale! It feels sturdy, not flimsy. Comes well-packaged with 2 AAA batteries and a nice fabric drawstring bag for dust-free storage. Easily wipes clean after use. Has a longer auto shut-off period (2 mins.?) than my previous scale which is so helpful if weighing gets interrupted by a spill/timer/kids/etc. Best of all it easily fits my largest mixing bowl without blocking the easy to read digital display. Definitely recommend!

The scale is much smaller than I expected it to be but that’s fine, makes it easier to store. It works well and it’s easy to use. The only thing I don’t like about it is that once the battery is used up the only way to change it would be to remove the WHOLE backing of the scale. Which will probably result in damaging something inside.Regardless, for a battery operated article it should be possible to either recharge the battery or change it out without taking the whole thing apart!!!
