Bought for health conscience son. He loves it. Still works and is accurate but I would say it’s waterproof. Wipe with sponge do not put under a tap.

Where was this all my life?
I use this all the time and it is easy to clean and leaves no food residue on the surface. Have not had any issues with knives being dulled as I sharpen them often.

This scale has exceeded my expectations. I’ve had mixed results with measurements using cups and tablespoons etc. this takes the guess work out. Very useful for home brewing as you want precise measurements by weight. The scale is easy to use the display is easy to read and it has changed the way I bake and brew. This little scale does the job.

This is a really nice, quality item. It arrives nicely packaged and includes the AAA batteries you need to power it. A note on the batteries – my previous set of scales used a CR ‘button’ type battery which always caused an issue in that I would have to order a new one when the last one failed, with the AAA, they are much easier to source which is so much more convenient when you’re trying to weigh the dog’s breakfast in a hurry.The scale has a lovely, high quality look and feels so much nicer than the black plastic one it replaces.It also has a backlit LCD display which is fantastic on these dark Scottish mornings when you’re used to squinting at a non-lit screen when trying to measure the aforementioned dog’s breakfast.At the current price (£12.99), I think this is excellent value and I wholeheartedly recommend these.

Not the biggest scale but it is quite accurate. I tested vs a old salter scale that I’ve used for years and found that it reads within +/-1g of the other scale so I am very happy with the accuracy. It has a metal plate which makes it very easy to clean and a backlight digital display which is very easy to read. Another great feature of this scale is that it takes 2xAAA batteries, which are included, but can be replaced with rechargeable batteries rather than the standard CR2032 batteries that other scales I’ve used have. Overall very pleased

I’ve been using this kitchen scale regularly, and it’s proven to be a solid, no-fuss tool. It’s small enough to keep on the counter or slide into a drawer, yet it handles up to 33 pounds without issue (not tested, but rather the manufacturer’s claim as most I’ve put on it was 4 pounds). The readings have been consistent whether I’m weighing coffee, flour, or produce, and the one-gram precision seems accurate. The stainless steel top feels sturdy and is easy to clean. I like that the buttons have a physical click instead of touch controls, which makes them easier to use when my hands aren’t perfectly clean. The backlit display is bright and clear, and I can still read it even when a larger bowl partially covers the front. It runs on two AAA batteries, which were included, and the auto-off timer isn’t too quick, so it doesn’t shut down mid-task. All in all, it’s a simple, practical scale that just works the way it should. Highly recommend!

I really like this set of scales. The large capacity means I can weigh everything from flour to big vegetables without any issues, and it is appears to be very accurate, down to a gram, which is great for baking.The full-view backlit display is easy to read from any angle, even if the kitchen light is a bit dim.I like that it has a tare function and multiple units, so I can quickly switch between grams, ounces, millilitres or pounds depending on what I am measuring.The stainless steel is sturdy and easy to wipe clean. It is also of course nice and compact, so it does not take up much space in a cupboard.I also like that it comes with two AAA batteries rather than the larger watch batteries that so many scales use. AAA batteries are easy to find and last a lot longer, so it feels much more practical.Overall it is a solid, reliable scale for cooking, baking, or meal prep and it even comes in a box which makes it nice for gifting.
