2.How should I clean and refill the tank?
Please clean your humidifier before first use and replace the water filter on a regular basis to avoid possible mold or mineral build-up.
3.Why is the refill indicator light red when the tank is full?
Make sure your water tank and float are in the right place, and the water outlet valve is clean. Feel free to reach us if further assistance is needed.
4.How to use the aromatherapy function?
Simply add 10-15 drops of essential oils to the base. Please do not add excessive amount of oil.

Beautiful and great product
This product is the perfect size for your bedroom. It is easy to fill with water. It’s quiet and makes no noise for those who like their room quiet. It’s very easy to take apart for cleaning. The mist control is easy to use. I bought it for my teenage daughter, it’s functional and helps with keeping the moisture in your room.

Very quiet, easy to refill and reliable.
I have run this humidifier for four months every winter for the last four years. It is super quiet, very easy to refill and has no annoying lights to disturb my sleep. It does have a red led indicator that comes on when the reservoir is empty. It would be a little more convenient if the reservoir would hold a full gallon of water since I fill it with purified water (our tap water is hard) from gallon containers. I highly recommend it.

Small but effective
Great little humidifier that’s perfect for winter time. This humidifier holds a lot of water and lasts all night long. We’ve been using it mainly when our children have been sick and I feel as it will be the biggest help to fight off the coughs that winter illnesses can bring. One star is deducted because I cannot easily get the water tank open and closed easily. It’s always a hassle for some reason but nothing that affects functionality.

Best humidifier ever
This is the best humidifier – it is quiet, easy to use (and clean). It has a big opening for the water to be poured in. Following the directions I’ve been using distilled water. I keep a jug close by making it easy to refill it. It will automatically shut off (without any beeping) when the water runs out. Cleaning is very easy and reassemble super simple. I’ve had several humidifiers before and this one is by far the best. It says quiet and it is quiet! I’d buy again for sure.

Great humidifier for winter!!
This humidifier works wonders. It in our bedroom and we put it on at night when we sleep. It really works and packs a bunch for cold dry Midwest winters. It’s so quiet and easy to use. Love that is has a spot for essential oils as well so kind of feels like a spa at home! And it’s sleek!

Great output and long lasting.
I just received this this morning. It was easy to put together and works great Large amount of steam output on high setting. I have read the directions and when it comes to cleaning I’ll have to read again. Once I do that several times it should be easier. I like it so far and might buy another. I had a large whole house humidifier that I kept in the basement for the summer and I am not able to carry it upstairs anymore. I had to get smaller ones so I can handle them. I’ll carry this one to the bedroom tonight and if I think it helps then I’ll buy another. I recommend this so far.

Requires Distilled Water
It’s ok for the price. My biggest issue is that the instructions don’t explicitly say use DISTILLED WATER. My spouse and I woke up on the 3rd day of using it with flu like symptoms. I did research and learned about “white dust” (we had been using filtered water). The instructions don’t say to use the appropriate type of water. My second complaint is that it is very difficult to clean and pink residue began developing after the second cleaning (I clean it twice a week). While you do save money for the initial price of the unit the cost of constantly buying distilled water and inconvenience of frequent cleaning leads me to say maybe buy an evaporative humidifier instead.
