Will Never Buy Honeywell Again!
This company literally laughed at me when I attempted to obtain tech support on how the product was not operating as advertised on the Apple Home App. The person on the phone dismissed my concerns and blamed it on Apple. The call literally took less than a minute for the tech person to tell me to him in the lake. I called Apple sho spent an hour with me as we went through all the troubleshooting steps to reveal this was indeed a bug with the thermostat. I boxed the thermostat up and returned it. I will NEVER buy another Honeywell product ever again. This serves as an example of how important the people you decide to have interact with the public. If Honeywell corporate is reading this review, don’t take my word for it. Go listen to the tape of my call with your tech person. I will never have one of your products in my house ever again. PERIOD!
