It’s worth it
I have a love/hate relationship with Ninja products – I really love them. But I strongly dislike the warranty. And I hate the lifespan. Once they are done – they’re done. I have had a couple of Ninja blenders that surpass the crushing and blending power of my 30 year old beehive Oster – but their life expectancy is about five years. This was a very strong consideration in purchasing a $200 coffee maker. I am not a coffee connoisseur – I typically drink one cup daily – very strong with cream only. But it has to be a perfect cup. I want to enjoy every single sip.I found a Ninja coffee system, brand new, at a thrift store locally for $15. The coffee was amazing. Perfect every single time. When my son moved to his own place, I gifted it to him and started researching one for me. Since I am the only coffee drinker in the house now (no, I’m not crying because he’s gone, don’t be silly) I considered a Keurig. But I honestly do not like the quality of the coffee from those machines – have tried several but it is not at all to my liking. However, the amount of wasted coffee I was dealing with really started bothering me and decided I needed an option for one cup. This machine is really perfect. The one cup option that I thought I settled for because it is a K cup option turned out to produce an amazing cup of coffee. I THINK it is because the Ninja makes three holes into the K cup rather than the standard one hole other machines use? It may also be the water temperature gets super hot. I do not know, but I really appreciate the depth of flavor from the K cup option on this machine.Another nice option that I never thought I’d want is the frother. It seems silly to me, but one comment in the Ninja manual stated that a cold cup with cream steals the heat from the coffee and changes the flavor – so I toyed around with the frother, using the microwave for 30 seconds and then blending the coffee and cream – its fantastic. This week I had a fever and opted for tea over coffee – I remembered the hot water option on this machine – it gave me two options – hot water and boil – I selected boil and my tea was steeping in no time at the perfect temperature. I absolutely appreciate that the water runs through a separate dispenser so my tea did not have any coffee residue or discoloration or flavor. I plan now to retire my stand alone boiler. The reservoir on the Ninja is adequate for my one cup daily – it is very easy to remove and fill or even fill while in place – I prefer the side option, but like that it can be attached to the back to save space. I don’t think that would make much difference because this machine is very big – it does not fit under my standard cabinets.I bought this as a birthday gift for myself and if that last son hadn’t left at the same time, I likely wouldn’t have spent that much money on myself – but I was pitiful. I am extremely happy I did because the cost is worth it. I am very hopeful this machine will last past my 5 year expectation.Since I do not purchase coffee daily, I cannot state that I have saved money – I mean, I have because I’m not making half pots just for myself and wasting most of that – but if I were a coffee shop customer, I would absolutely think I’d save money with the frother thing and the quality of the coffee – It is really a great machine and I very highly recommend you purchase it. I was debating between the Keurig Duo Pro and this machine and given the quality of the K cup coffee from this, I haven’t once looked back – there is no way in my mind the Keurig would produce the same quality cup from the K cups.Enjoy

Nice coffee maker. Better than other big brands
So far so good.Very nice coffee maker with coffee pods option.Easy to use and clean.Better than most of the big names K I have owned. This Ninja coffee maker saved me a lot of head aches so far.I only wish I could have it hooked to an automatic water line instead of having to fill the tank every time. But that is a small problem to have.Coffee is brewed fairly fast and with good flavor. No plastic flavors noted.

Excellent machine, great coffee, killer hot chocolate.
Once my Keurig’s lid quit staying closed when trying to brew a cup I started looking for a new coffee maker. After researching and reading all the positive reviews I decided to get the Ninja Dual Brew pro. I got the bundle with the permanent filter. Upon receiving the coffee maker and reading thru the manual I set it up. cycled it, then brewed a k cup and enjoyed a perfect hot cup of coffee. I then later brewed a pot of coffee. I love that it has the heating element that keeps the craft piping hot. I then went to use the frother, though it doesn’t heat the milk, it’s just a minute zap in the microwave to heat the milk and then froth. I am now enjoying the best coffee I’ve ever made at home. I also like that it has a separate hot water dispenser that doesn’t run the water through where the coffees made. I’ve made killer hot chocolate that doesn’t taste like coffee. Though the machine doesn’t make espresso, it does have settings to make a very rich and dark coffee perfect for cappuccinos. Concluding I am very pleased with the unit with zero regrets of the purchase. There’s a little learning curve with it, but it is easy to learn and use. I’d definitely recommend one.

Easy to use and great machine!
I love this coffee maker! I couldn’t decide between this or a kuerig but decided to go with a Ninja because they seem to have less problems. I love that I can use it to make hot tea or cocoa using the hot water function without it passing through where the coffee is. It’s pretty quick, kind of loud but I don’t mind it. So many functions and I use the delay brew every day. I like that I can make a full carafe, just a cup, or even use a kcup. The only thing is I wish I would’ve waited till Black Friday to purchase since it was almost half off. It’s a little expensive but worth it.

Good stuff, couple of very minor nits
Only in use for a week now. We’ve tried the carafe and the pod for making coffee. Both work equally well. We’ve had Ninja products before and they’ve lasted a long time, I’m hoping this one does as well. I have two very minor nits on the machine, first is that all of the coffee brewing settings are in ounces, which is fine, but it would be nice if the water reservoir also had ounces marked on it, instead it has pictures of a coffee cup, half carafe, and full carafe. Doesn’t make sense to me. The other is that the pod holder is sort of long when stored in the rear storage holder and the machine can’t be pushed closer to the counter due to it hitting the wall. Otherwise it brews good coffee, and isn’t overly difficult to program once you get used to the sequence of buttons to push.

I love it!!!
I had a Ninja coffee pot previous to this purchase and I used it for about 12 years before one of the buttons stopped responding. We used it heavily so I have zero complaints. I have always been a fan of Ninja products. I decided on this product because it is most similar to my previous Ninja. This one is a little nicer and has all electronic touch controls. I love the feature that allows either K cup or traditional coffee grounds. The hot water feature is handy for hot tea. Sleek, efficient, high quality. I would definitely purchase again!

Very pleased with purchase
Love this coffee maker. It has a plethora of options from k cups, to one cup of filtered coffee, to a various ounces in the pot. The frothing attachment does an excellent job and is very easy to clean. It even has a hot water option that flows through another tube to make sure your water doesn’t taste like coffee. Just be aware that the frother does not heat the milk, but I heat mine in the microwave before using it.

When we received this product we didn’t realise it was a USA plug but the seller vertex went beyond and above to help us find a converter – unfortunately after an amazing start the machine blew a fuse so we begrudgingly returned it – Canay @ Vertex was amazing and made every transaction so easy and hassle free Canay deserves 100+ for all the help we received a big massive thank you and I’m praying for the day this amazing product becomes totally UK friendly and once again a big shout out for Vertex and especially Canay 😍
