It Leak in the second boil
As it’s instruction, I need to boil water 3 times to clean it before using. It starts leaking on the second boil. It looks good, the size is good but not functional. It leaks from the pot to the electronic plate so it’s dangerous!

Leaks after a few months
Purchased about six months ago, had been working fine. It’s now started leaking unfortunately. Trying to figure out if this is something that’s covered for a replacement.

My OFFACY water kettle works well but sometimes fails to automatically shut off.
So far my OFFACY water kettle works well in 9 days of usage and a total of 14 boils, yet time will tell if it is reliable and durable. It’s easy to clean because the lid can be completely removed. The interior has a glass lining (as advertised), although it is very thin, so I suspect that when the water boils, the plastic (that is behind the glass & visible on the exterior of this kettle) starts to smell. FYI – This unit is rated at 1200 watts according to the label attached underneath the kettle’s base. It takes approximately 5 minutes to boil 1.5 liters of water. This kettle doesn’t boil water as quickly as my 1500 watt unit made by a different manufacturer (no longer available on Amazon).Edit 12/28/2025 : I’m lowering my rating to 4 stars since sometimes this kettle fails to automatically shutoff. Also, I sometimes smell plastic when boiling water. The inner glass kettle is very thin, so the plastic outer shell heats up and off-gases. Good news is that no water contacts the outer plastic shell.

Gorgeous Electric Kettle
This is the perfect, countertop electric tea kettle. It has a gorgeous esthetic. The double wall glass makes heating the perfect cup of tea a breeze!
