Not the most comfortable shape for me, but it does kinda work. Does still get warm when using for prolonged periods of time and depending on the chair, it may barely leave enough space for you to sit down because it is just so thick.

This is not a true lumbar support for those with pain. It would be good for comfort to add , but is too squishy . Just didn’t work at all for me- just another comfy pillow, not support aid.
