The product is great. It can be a little cumbersome to figure out all of the settings and clicks to set alarms and turn them off again, but my kid really likes it!

We wish it would go a little dimmer than it does. It is still pretty bright, we have only used this one night so maybe we will figure out how to make it dimmer, but we really did try. The noises are really cool, great touch. Looks like it’s good quality and I feel it was a good value. Time reads clear for good functionality. Perfect size. My 12yo boy loved it.

Part art…part alarm clock…
This is an “interesting” alarm clock. Lots of cool, catchy features, but I was mostly interested in the light alarm.Because my bedroom has no windows, I can’t benefit from waking up to natural light. While the light on this unit is not “natural”, it does a decent job of simulating a sunrise…mostly. I expected it to start off low, and intensify over the 15 minute period, but it “snaps” on (like a regular lamp) at half-intensity and brightens from there. It’s a little jarring sometimes, especially if you facing the alarm clock when this happens. I don’t know if there’s a setting or a way to calibrate this.While the spinning moon and multi-color lights are cool, I don’t really use them, but they may be more suitable for kids or adults who want to set a mood with lights.Another feature I use is the sounds. There are several types of “noise” (rain, birds, waves, campfire, etc), and you can use a countdown timer, or it will shut off automatically after 8 hrs. The speaker is better than I expected for this function…not “tinny” at all. It’s pretty relaxing before bed (except when I drifted off and woke to the sound of “fire”…not so relaxing 🙂 )The time display takes a little getting used to (hours over minutes). It can display in 12/24h time and has 3 brightness levels (and “off”).The function settings are not obvious, but there’s a (removable) label on top that helps. I left it on for future reference.As advertised, this has 2 alarms, and you can set Alarm1 for the sunrise feature. However, I haven’t figured out how to shut the alarm off (like, on a weekend), and the instructions are not that helpful.

My bedroom is exceedingly dark, especially during the winter, so I really struggle to get out of bed. This helps me to wake up on time and feel more alert. I also like the futuristic clock display, I’ve never seen anything like it before. All the different light settings is very handy. I do like that the moon can rotate but the motor is a bit loud, it would be hard for me to fall asleep to it. Other than that, this clock is perfect, I highly recommend.
