This ring is a lifesaver. It’s worth every penny.
This is a lifesaver! I use a Cpap with oxygen bled in. I didn’t realize that the concentrator was not working. My CO2 went dangerously high. I ended up in the hospital on a bipap! My next issue was my heart rate got down to 23 beats per minute. That’s getting into the range of not being compatible with life! The er doctor slapped the AED pads on my back and chest and got ready to shock me!! Luckily they were able to bring my heart rate back up without shocking me. I wear this ring every night now. I have it set on the strongest setting. It starts out with a little vibration if something is wrong. If I don’t wake up it gets stronger and stronger until it wakes me out of the deepest sleep. NOTE: this ring does not alert you if your heart rate gets low or high. It would be the perfect ring if it did. This ring is truly a life changer. My home health nurses and my doctors took pictures of the Amazon listing and are suggesting it to other patients. I highly recommend it.

Works well
Accurate and comfortable to wear for long periods of time. You can wear this product and still have the use of your hand. You can set the low limits and when your oxygen level gets at or below this limit the device will vibrate/alarm. You can download the app and transfer the data to review – useful if you are monitoring your O2 levels and providing this to your doctor. It was a little bit difficult to set up with the instructions provided. Also was hard to understand how to get the data transferred over to the app at first.

Would be great if you wanted to use it sitting still
Worked well. My problem with it was i wanted to use it while hiking in the mountains but you had to stand still for it to work.

They work
They work and provide the best real-time SpO2 monitoring. However, the manufacturer does not honor the 1-year warrantee. Amazon only covers the first month. The ring failure rate is high and the rings generally fail within the first year.

Works fine for me, reads a couple points low.
This does exactly what I wanted it to do. I can put it on my finger or toe overnight and track my oxygen, movement, and heart rate. The app is free and actually works seamlessly. The battery lasts all night no problem. 4/5 stars because compared to other pulse oximeters it reads low, for example showing 93% while another one on the same finger shows 97% (which is more believable).

Works just as expected
I love it. Works great

Subscription trap
You can only Access some of your data and other features are not available unless you pay $40 a month. Also range is only 15ish feet on the blue tooth.

Doesn’t read when moving around.
The concept is great. The item it self, good if you don’t move.Let me explain. It works great until you go to do anything, then it stops giving a reading an takes a minute or two to start reading again. If you can live without knowing what your stats are it’s ok.I like to use this when I walk on a treadmill, but it keeps stopping and restarting the readings.
