This little device is a game changer!
Installation was fairly easy, I made it harder by routing the wires behind panels to make it look more integrated and less messy. I also created a small shelf, that is permanently attached to the dash to hold securely where I wanted it.The installation was about 1 hour (not counting the hour it took to make the custom aluminum shelf) including the rear camera with only a minor knowledge of vehicle wiring. Finding the positive reverse light bulb wire was easy, as was connecting it. You tube your car and you’ll probably find a related video. FYI, You might need a splicing connector, or soldering tools, but I had connectors on hand. The camera wire was just long enough going along the upper trim to each the location of the display, like maybe 1/2 inch of play. This was on an older Honda Odyssey, so use that for reference. If installing on a longer vehicle, or if you want to run it along the lower trim, you will need an extension for the camera cable.The backup camera is a little fish eyed, and super close-up. It works well and it’s clear, even at night, but the viewing angle could be wider and it would be much better.The function of the Apple Car play and Android Auto are great…maps, Spotify, etc work well with almost no hesitation.I did try the aux cord and noticed the bass was lacking, as some other reviews noticed, but using the FM radio is flawless. Just Google “vacant channels on FM dial” and you’ll find a list in your area. If you travel much to consistent locations I would look for 1 that’s good in both locations. We found one that worked well for a month or so in Chicago, then we drove to NW Indiana, all static in Gary area, but clear again in Valpo. Then I found one what was good for Chicago and Gary, and no problems since.The speakerphone is meh! It works, but you’ll need to talk loudly for them to hear you, you can hear them great. We use it for short chats, but we are people who always have earbuds on hand and use those for longer or important calls even in the car.Overall I’m planning on putting one of these in 2 other older cars, but I’m not in a hurry and I’ll wait until they go on sale. Buy it, you won’t regret it.

Fantastic value for the price! The setup was quite easy, and the unit functions as intended. I don’t have any issues with connectivity, and the screen is good quality and resolution. Hands-free car play works without any issues.Only complaints are with regards to the back-up camera quality. The angle shows everything significantly closer than it actually is. Would be beneficial if the unit turned on and off with the car as well.

Very pleased with the function and quality of this product. The responsiveness is quick and it connects to your your phone seamlessly every time. The touchscreen works great and the visual quality is excellent. It’s truly hard to believe you can get this quality for this price. Definitely would recommend!

Ich bin mit dem Krunia 9,26 Zoll CarPlay Display insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Installation war unkompliziert und auch ohne großes technisches Vorwissen gut machbar. Das Display startet schnell und die Verbindung mit Apple CarPlay funktioniert zuverlässig – sowohl Navigation, Musik als auch Telefonie laufen stabil und flüssig.Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die Größe des Displays: 9,26 Zoll sind ideal, um Karten übersichtlich darzustellen und Inhalte gut ablesen zu können. Die Touch-Bedienung reagiert präzise und die Menüführung ist intuitiv. Auch die Verarbeitungsqualität wirkt hochwertig und solide.Einziger kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre eine höhere Displayauflösung. Das Bild ist absolut ausreichend und gut nutzbar, könnte aber etwas schärfer sein – gerade bei Texten oder Kartendetails. Das ist jedoch kein großer Kritikpunkt und trübt den Gesamteindruck kaum.

Ho acquistato questo dispositivo perché ho un auto un po’ vecchiotta. Devo dire che tra le tante opzioni che si trovano ho fatto un’ottima scelta. Innanzitutto ha un ottimo rapporto prezzo/prestazioni. Arrivato puntuale, ben imballato, a corredo sono presenti vari accessori molto utili come le due possibilità di installazione, nel cruscotto o nel vetro tramite un supporto piano oppure tramite ventosa che è ampiamente regolabile, oltre al cavo per il 12 volt, un cavo per l’audio da collegare nell’auto o nell’autoradio se avete un collegamento aux (per sentire l’audio tramite le casse della macchina) e anche una telecamera posteriore (che ancora non ho installato). Non manca un manuale di istruzioni dove è presente anche l’italiano. Il dispositivo ha un ottimo schermo molto luminoso, ed è semplice da usare. Io l’ho collegato con il mio smartphone android per usufuire di Android Auto e tutto è andato perfettamente, infatti l’ho comprato soprattutto per usare il navigatore (con google Maps ma anche Waze). Si possono collegare anche smartphone Apple per il Car Play, come fare il mirroring dello Smartphone, e fare chiamate in vivavoce. Ha il wifi, il bluetooth e il controllo vocale. L’interfaccia è semplice e intuitiva e il touch risponde molto bene. C’è la possibilità di usare i controlli al volante anche se io non li ho. E’ possibile l’aggiornamento tramite wifi direttamente dal dispositivo. Sono molto contento dell’acquisto che consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono queste funzioni in auto che non hanno questa possibilità. Vorrei sottolineare la gentilezza e la rapidità della risposta del supporto Krunia via mail. In brevissimo tempo mi hanno risposto (anche in un giorno festivo) e mandato le informazioni di cui avevo bisogno. Sicuramente ne terrò conto per futuri acquisti. Grazie!
