Customer Service was top notch and the clock is user friendly and perfect for waking me at sunrise!
I researched several clocks to help with my circadian rhythm and this is the easiest and the features give me everything I need. The quality and size are great and I love the morning birds to get my day started. To be honest, I have had a few problems with the morning light working but I reached out to Customer Service and Vicky was attentive, caring and her goal was to resolve any and all issues I was having. She followed up by email frequently to be sure the clock was working optimally. It is difficult finding good customer service and Vicky went over and above to be sure she had a happy customer! I highly recommend this product

I wake up so much easier!!
I am so happy I got this. It has made my winter breakups so much easier. Waking up to birds chirping is so peaceful, and the light is just bright enough to get me out of bed but doesn’t shock my eyeballs open. I love using the different colors at night before bed to wind down. Honestly wish I got this sooner, it’s so much better than using your phone alarm!

Great Product, Even Better Support
Very happy with this product. After a few months of use, the clock started glitching and my alarms stopped going off. I reached out to customer service and was honestly impressed — even after 6+ months of owning and using the product, they offered a full replacement.Vicky and her team were incredibly helpful and consistently followed up to make sure everything was resolved and that I was satisfied. I don’t think you’d get this level of care and commitment from many bigger name brands. The replacement works perfectly, and I’ve had no issues since. Highly recommend.

It’s worth it to have one of these
I got this for my kids because getting them up in the morning was annoying. Sometimes they wanted to keep sleeping instead of getting out of bed for school or they would wake up grumpy and I hated having to rush them from the moment they woke up in the morning. This helps a lot because they wake up naturally without me having to hassle them and they don’t wake up grumpy very often anymore. I noticed a huge difference.It starts very dim. you don’t wake up when it first turns on. There are different colors that you can send it to, but the one thing that bothers me is that if you’re using it as a nightlight, whatever color, your light is set to, that’s the same color that it uses for the wake up. I wish you could have one color at night and it would use a custom color for wake up. There is no way to set the color for the wake up, so whatever color it’s set to is the color that it uses.

Really good value, looks nice
I really like the sound options. I use white noise to sleep and its great to have a combo white noise machine and alarm. For me, the volume of the white noise gets plenty loud. And it’s pretty easy to adjust the alarm. The light up function I find quite helpful in the mornings. My one pet peeve is the white noise stops when I snooze. But I should probably be waking up then anyway. Happy I went with this versus more pricey alarm/light/noise machine type combos.

Great Hatch dupe
A good, affordable dupe for Hatch. Not difficult to figure out and set up after reading the instructions. I like that you’re able to dim or turn off the clock face because I’m a light sleeper and any noise or brightness will wake me up. The range of ambient sound is great, but the options to set for your sunrise alarm is limited. However, the sunrise alarm sounds are all natural sounds to ease you awake (minus the obligatory beeping sound you can choose if you want to… but why would you? lol). Also, depending which light you choose, the sunrise can be very bright once it’s at max brightness.

Works Great with a Few Major Flaws
Sadly, it just doesn’t work for us.1. The time display is too bright and cannot be lowered dark enough. I need an almost black room to sleep well. But at its lowest level, it’s too dull to see during day so you have to change it twice a day! And even then it’s still too bright at night. I’ve found that only red light alarm clocks work for me. We made a solution of putting sheer red tape over the time display.2. Subrise light doesn’t get bright enough! Idk it’s not bright enough to really rouse me. I was hoping to not need the sound portion.3. The sleep/white noise turns off once the sunrise starts. It’s really jarring and THAT wakes me up lol, but then it’s too early! I wish it would stay on until the sound/alarm portion actually turns on.PROS: a ton of white noise variations! And a very nice and realistic thunderstorm with bass rumbles. And a lot of fun color lights to play with. We’ve made this clock work for us as a light, a noise machine, and a clock, just not an alarm, and especially not a sunrise alarm.

It’s such a great product, we loved it for the first week… after that it’s been hit or miss whether the wake up light comes one. The alarm sound always goes off but with out the light this is just a really expensive, but nice looking alarm clock.Recommend a more reliable option if the wake up light is important to you
