Coffe maker quite operating
I purchase this coffee make from Amazon on Oct 21st 2025 and now it no longer works. It makes lound noises when ut starts and then quites. What sould UI do?

Complete disappointment!
HB! What did you do? The only time I did not look at the reviews of a product because I had complete faith in the brand. We have had this coffee maker for two weeks. Purchased on October 9th 2025. It made weak single serve coffee in the first week. I ignored it thinking it was my tastebuds. I made a single serve coffee on Sunday the 19th at 3:00 pm. Monday morning on the 20th at 5:00 am the machine made a cup of hot water. I thought I forgot the coffee pod, I did not! Tried two other pods, again, not thinking that HB, would make a bad product, same thing, hot water. So, wanting coffee for the morning, I set the auto brew and prepped the machine. I selected the auto brew set the time and there was no indication I set the timer. The machine went into sleep mode and I hopped for the best. Here we are Tuesday morning the 21st, and no pre-brewed coffee. I turned the machine on and it took 30 minutes for the machine to make the coffee. The amount of steam and noise is insane. I will returning it today! It is a shame, I love the sleek design, it is perfect for the kitchen and especially our RV.

Best coffee maker ever!
This sleek looking coffee maker has everything I was looking for and looks great on my counter. This coffee maker allows you to position the water reservoir on either the side or back. The carafe and single cup option is perfect since I like K-cups and my husband does not. Coffee brews very quickly with both options. The taste of the k-cups is improved with the bold brew option. There nothing difficult about the instructions for use. I couldn’t ask for more in a coffee maker and it was worth the money.

Auto clean reminder/feature prevents machine from functioning & keep warm feature won’t work either
Overall I like this setup, but…the keep warm feature does not work when it thinks you should clean the machine, which in the short time I’ve had this, is the first of each month. It won’t even brew oftentimes either. It just doesn’t function until it thinks it should be cleaned. I had to keep unplugging it to try & reset/reboot that memory, & it took several attempts & days to accomplish this. In the meantime I luckily had an old brewer that I used until I could figure out what to do about this. This is definitely an annoying ‘feature’, as I’m not needing to clean my brewer every 30 days as it’s apparently preprogrammed to do, & it shouldn’t prevent the machine from working altogether. Other than that super annoying issue, it works fine, but I’m definitely looking into other brewer systems to possibly replace this one, because I don’t want to keep habits work around this annoying issue unnecessarily every month.

LOTS OF PROBLEMS MAKING COFFEE Leaks, Needle error, out of water error.
What a piece of crap! Either NEEDLE ERROR when NOT using the POD or OUT OF WATER with a full tank on the back. I like the form of the maker, but now when brewing POT of coffee, it gives needle error or out of water error. There is no issue with the tank and with the pot mode, there’s no “NEEDLE” to clear, so WTF! So frustrating, I almost threw it out the door today. There’s NO directions to fix and NEEDLE error is for the pod, I am not using the pod.Also the maker leaks coffee out all over because it cant measure its own tank, if you put too much water in it keeps making coffee all over the counter and floor. The shape of the glass caraffe also is not meant for pouring, you have to pour super slow or again coffee dribbles all over the floor. DO NOT BUY THIS PO CRAP.

Good value . Like the versatility .
The coffee maker is set up nicely.Doesn’t take up a lot of space . Easy to use. Really convenient . K cups can be a challenge to use . They want to overflow coffee grounds from the top of the K cup but if you use the one cup basket that comes with the coffee maker it works like a charm.

Don’t order. Doesn’t work. The water pump doesn’t work . And then you have to pay 45 to send it back if you want a refund! Buy at Candian tire at least then if it doesn’t work they will exchange or refund. Do NOT buy from Amazon!
