1. How many users can view the device at the same time?
A: The owner account can share the device with up to 8 other accounts. Up to 3 users may view the video feed at once, but only 1 user can use the intercom. You can tap on “Share” to share the devices to your families.
2. Can this camera be used with a sd card without paying for any subscription for cloud?
A: This camera does not support recording to an SD card. The videos will only be stored if you have a Cloud subscription service.
3. Can the doorbell camera connect to 5GHz Wi-Fi networks?
A: No, this doorbell camera only connects to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Please ensure when you have both 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi network, each with a distinct name for a successful connection.
Troubleshooting network connection issues:
(1) The doorbell camera only works with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. Please connect it to a 2.4GHz network.
If your network has both 5G or 2.4G please connect it to the 2.4G one.
(2) Double-check that you are entering the correct Wi-Fi name and password.
(3) Verify the distance between the doorbell and the Wi-Fi router; the doorbell should be within 33 feet (10 meters) of the router.
(4) Please enable Bluetooth on your phone, but you don’t need to connect Bluetooth with the device, just ensure the Bluetooth is on.
(5) If you changed your Wi-Fi password, or your camera got disconnected, please reset the Wi-Fi connection with the camera:
Press and hold the doorbell button until the camera was reset, and then add the camera again back to the same App account.

Reliable Doorbell Camera with Clear Video & Smart Features
I’ve been using this Orbitell video doorbell for a few weeks now and it’s been working great for daily deliveries and visitors. The video quality is clear during the day and night vision works surprisingly well after dark. Two-way audio is handy when I’m not home and need to talk to someone at the door. Motion alerts are quick and the AI detection helps reduce false notifications. Setup was simple on my 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and it’s been very reliable so far.

Quit recording and detecting motion.
This was easy to install and set up. I had no problems for the first 10 days of using it. Since the app was updated a couple of days ago, it records only if I open the app to view a live picture or you are standing right at the camera. It wouldn’t even pick up the mailman on the step a few feet away. If this is fixed and they answer my email, I will change my review.I have uninstalled & reinstalled the app. I have also deleted the camera and started all over. It worked a little better for a few days. Now back to very seldom picking up any motion. It didn’t even detect someone at the door. Support has not responded to any chat or emails.

Love this Orbitell 1080 wireless Wi-Fi video doorbell. It works exactly as it’s supposed to.I had no problem with the connect connectivity, the picture quality is great!It’s only been on for a week, I’ll check back in a few weeks to let you know if it’s still going strong.

Not as easy as some make it sound
I’m very happy for the ones who were able to set this up without any issues. I charged this overnight as it was NOT charged when I received it and woke up to it only being at 53%. As I’m still trying to get this working the battery has drained down to 47%, mind you I’m in my house doing the connections so it’s not like I’m doing it outside and it’s picking up movement in the yard/street. It keeps blinking red and then blue so I have no idea what this means and the instruction paper says nothing about what the colors mean. Should I have the camera on or off when I’m charging it? I don’t know that either because it doesn’t tell you that in the instruction paper. Now it’s down to 46% and it’s plugged in and charging. Did I get a bad unit? I’m not too technologically challenged but I do need step by step instructions when I’m setting something up for the first time. I referred to the instructions as an instruction paper because that’s all it is. Needless to say I am a bit frustrated but bought this one due to the better reviews than the Ring Doorbell. Maybe I should just call it a day and get that one?? I have to go to work today. I’m scared to leave this thing plug in all day, but I’d like to see the battery at 100%. Depending on what that looks like when I get home will be the final decision maker. Possibly a better review coming but as of right now I’m not very impressed. I also didn’t mention that I have a very good Wi-Fi connection so I know that cannot be the issue.
