Better than a maid!
This is my second robotic vacuum I have had, but is most clearly my favorite. I love being able to come home and look at the freshly cleaned lines. The mapping feature works well and the app is very intuitive to use. My mom just got a roomba and I can say this outperforms hers in every way. The mopping works much better than the last brand I had. I have mostly LVP but some rugs on the main level I use this, and I was concerned about this getting the rugs wet, but it has smart features where it does the carpet first and then mops, making this a great option. Has excellent value. I have had no issues with battery life. Would purchase again.

Impressive vacuum and mop
This robot vacuum and mop is truly amazing. It is easy to set up and it maps the rooms quickly. The suction is powerful and picks up dirt and dog hair easily. The vacuum is also quiet as it performs all tasks. The mopping tasks work well with just plain tap water. This robot vacuum can tell what is carpet vs hardwood or tile floors and performs vacuuming or mopping as required. You can set up cleaning cycles and using the app is fairly simple. I am very impressed with the performance of this robot vacuum. It connects to the wifi signal easily and stays connected to await your commands. I highly recommend this product.

Strong Mopping Performance and Great Value for the Price
We purchased the Qrevo S5V with our own money and have been using it daily in a multi-level home with mostly laminate flooring and some carpet. Overall, it has performed very well, especially with mopping. The dual spinning mop pads do an excellent job on hard floors, and the all-in-one dock significantly reduces maintenance by handling mop washing, drying, and dustbin emptying automatically.Mapping was accurate, setup was straightforward, and the app provides useful scheduling and customization options. For homes with pets, I recommend setting the dustbin auto-empty frequency to High to prevent the onboard bin from filling during longer runs.On carpet, vacuum performance is good but not class-leading, and obstacle avoidance is adequate though not as advanced as Roborock’s camera-equipped flagship models. That said, for the price point, it delivers strong overall value and has been reliable in day-to-day use.

Best robot and mop vacuum cleaner.
We have 4 dogs and they love running in and out and tracking in dirt everywhere. We would have to sweep several times a week. We have tried other robot vacuums to help us manage the dirt. We have a lot of tile on our floor and mopping it is a choir. This has been a God send. Our house has never felt cleaner. This mapped our house perfectly. I’m really impressed with the mop function. It cleans up our tile floor with no dirt left behind. This vacuum is a workhorse. I looked at a lot of reviews before I made my purchase. This is definitely 5 stars. Their app is also a huge plus setup was easy and their is several options for cleaning cycles. This was the best Christmas present we purchased for ourselves.

Huge step up from the roomba
This thing is awesome. I had a iRobot Roomba a few years back, and it was extremely frustrating. It ran into walls, got stuck all the time hair got caught underneath it cleaning it was a pain. This is a huge upgrade none of those problems exist anymore. It’s not that noisy but when it goes over carpet, it does pick up the suction power is pretty good on the mop and the vacuum you can control all through an app on your phone, which is cool after a few weeks I think it was money was spent. I have two dogs and two cats and the thing has to be ran every single day. It’s easy to clean. It’s almost modular. I got it on sale but even at the full price if you have animals or a bunch of kids, I think it’s worth it in the amount of time it’ll save you from cleaning the floors if that’s something that you have to vac and mop daily. For me, I think the best part is the mop self cleans in the vacuum self empties so all you really have to do is change the water once every couple days and empty the bag every so often you wash the pads and then dry them and then clean it out once or twice a week.

Life changing product worth the splurge
I’ve had it for over 6 months and I can honestly say this is a life changing product for me. Yes it is expensive but honestly so worth it. I tell everyone about it! Snag it on sale and you’re good to go!I have a toddler and a dog, so my floors are always covered in crumbs and dog hair. I run the vacuum function a couple times a week and aim to use the mop function at least once a week or as needed. Aside from moving items out of the way when I need to do a deep clean, and ensuring the water tank is ready, it really is a set it and forget it type of thing. The app is easy to use, from making the map of your home to setting cleaning routines and checking the device maintenance.It is especially helpful after hosting parties or large groups where your floors will get dirty quickly. I clear the way for the robot and get to work cleaning the dishes while the robot vacuums and mops other areas of the house. Multitasking at its finest! I will even prep the house and set the routine before I leave the house for the day and I come home to beautifully clean floors.I will say, the mopping is most effective if you select double mopping. The first few times I only selected single mopping and found the floor was not as clean as I’d like. I used plain tap water initially but eventually bought the Roborock brand cleaning solution to add to the water tank and found it eliminates any musty odor from the mopheads (even after washing and drying) and leaves no residue on the floor.I find the vacuum power to be very effective and I’m always satisfied with how clean both rugs and hard flooring are.So far I’ve have no maintenance issues and after over 6 months of heavy use, the original dust bag is finally almost full! I bought replacement bags and mop heads from Amazon. They’re knockoffs but seem to be great quality. I’ve replaced the mop heads once so far as over time they do tend to wear down, which is to be expected.

Demorei muito pra escolher meu primeiro robô aspirador e acho que valeu a pena. Eu queria um modelo que limpasse bem o chão, com esfregão, e também fosse eficiente com tapete. Esse robô desempenha estas funções de forma muito satisfatória. Seu mapeamento é muito bom e executa as tarefas de forma autônoma. Claro, você precisa preparar a casa, removendo os tapetes atoalhados, cabos e calçados. O aplicativo é fácil de operar, mas recomendo o uso de um tablet para ajustar o mapa com isolamento de zonas definição de áreas proibidas. Monitoro do trabalho onde ele está e se executou a rotina programada para o dia. Tudo muito prático.O único problema é que você não encontra o líquido de limpeza de pisos em canais oficiais de venda da Robock no Brasil.Recomendo que você faça o mapeamento só depois que vocês escolher o lugar da base. Caso contrário perderá o mapeamento ao reposicionar a base. Em espelhos ele tende a não detectar a barreira, quando o espelho for próximo do chão (altura das canelas). Nada de crítico, mas pode criar zonas irreais no mapa. Se puder, no mapeamento inicial do ambiente, recomendo cobrir os espelhos perto do chão. O mapa ficar melhor.
