great quality chair
I love this chair !! I have two of these, comfortable and great back support. The moveable arm rest if very handy sitting at craft table. Great padding on the seat and they roll very nice and smoothly. I love the height adjustment option, also the swivel. The grey is a nice medium. Excel price for this quality. These chairs assembled nicely and great instructions. Wonderful customer service and they take great pride in their product.I would purchase from this company again.

I bought this chair for my home office setup and it’s been a solid upgrade from my previous basic desk chair. Assembly was straightforward and took me about 20–30 minutes with the included tools. The instructions were clear and all the parts were labeled, which helped.The seat feels supportive without being too firm, and the back provides good mid-back support for longer work sessions. I like that it rolls smoothly and the height adjustment works easily. It’s comfortable enough for several hours of computer work without needing constant repositioning.One thing to note the cushioning is more medium-firm than plush, so if you prefer very soft seating you may want to add a small cushion. This Sweetcrispy chair is a very good buy. I was very surprised to see how well-made and sturdy this chair is. A little more time to assemble but if you follow their good instructions not difficult. Comfortable and strong; a great combo for a desk chair.

Comfortable, light yet sturdy home office chair.
This chair has been wonderful! I’ve been using is about two weeks now and it’s a great fit for me. The back is supportive so I don’t get fatigue while working from home. It has a bit of reclining capability which is nice when needed. It’s nice and light and assembly was very simple. Fits perfectly for my home office.

Chair lasted three months until it broke down.
Terrible quality. I bought this chair in November 2025 and I’ve used it for 3 months now, it broke down. I cannot lean back anymore now as the right side of the back support is bending to the right, I feel it can break off entirely soon. I checked all the screws and made sure they were all tight, no issues there. The back of the chair is connected to the armrests, and the right armrest does not connect firmly to the bottom part of the chair, hence the back leaning a lot to the right. This has now become a hazard to sit on so I am looking to get a different chair. Would not recommend this desk chair at all.Update 02/27/26:They’ve replaced my chair with a new one after I submitted a pic and video to them, happy with that. I’ll try not to lean back anymore as much. Thank you for sending the new one. I’ll add two stars now.
