Huge upgrade for my older car with carplay!
I bought this screen because I wanted Apple CarPlay in my older vehicle without having to rip out the entire dashboard. I was honestly surprised by how nice the hardware is; the 11-inch screen is massive and makes reading maps so much easier, but it’s incredibly thin (like an iPad), so it doesn’t look bulky or block my view. Setting it up was simple—I just mounted it, plugged it in, and my phone connected wirelessly within seconds. The touch response is snappy, and having my music and navigation right there has made driving much more enjoyable.The cameras are the real icing on the cake. The front dash cam records in really clear 4K quality, which gives me peace of mind, and the included backup camera is a lifesaver for parking in tight spots. I also found the screen mirroring works really good if you want to watch videos from your phone while you are on a break or waiting for someone. It honestly feels like I’m driving a brand-new car now. If you want to modernize your ride without spending a fortune, this is definitely worth it.

Excellent Way Modernize and Older Vehicle
I have a 2015 Chevy Suburban LTZ. While the trim level has all the bells and whistles it is lacking the modern features of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. I travel quite a bit for work and rent cars to get around. I get a real bad case of new car envy when I use all the great features of Apple CarPlay in the rentals that I get. I love my Suburban and I really love not having a car payment. So when I did some research and found these add on gadgets to add Apple CarPlay to an older vehicle I was intrigued. I did a lot of research and settled on this brand and model. After it arrived I was excited to get it installed and setup in the ‘Burb. It didn’t take long to get it up and running. Just install the desired mount and plug it into a power supply. It comes with a cigarette lighter power adapter but I am just plugging it into a USB port on the center console. The Suburban has a plethora of USB ports to plug into so this is cleaner than the supplied power cord. Setup was quick and easy. The screen is magnificently large, bright and crisp. The responsiveness is good and on par with any builtin infotainment system. Connecting to my phone was quick and easy. I used the Bluetooth option for audio. This allows releases the audio channel on the Bluetooth connection between the phone and the display so that the audio can connect to the Suburban Bluetooth connect and provide audio through the Suburban speakers. I was skeptical this would work well but after trying out it works seamlessly. When I get back in the vehicle after running into the store both the device and the suburban audio reconnected quickly and without any issues. I am smiling ear to ear and I feel like I have a new car again…this time with no car payment.I had to make a few minor adjustments in the setup area for screen brightness (it is really bright), the volume level of the screen taps (it is really loud), and the time format (switched it from 24H top 12H). Other than that it worked right out of the box. I have yet hooked up the rear view camera, but I do plan to do that this weekend when I have more time to run the wires and hide them in the interior trim.

Very nice display for CarPlay and Android Auto!
This is a great Apple CarPlay and Android Auto display. Picture quality is really good for CarPlay, Android Auto, and really good dash cam recorder. I’ve not installed the backup camera yet due to cold weather but I did hook up the camera to the monitor just to make sure everything looked good, and it does. I like most who buy these have older, yet perfectly fine vehicles who just want an easy interface with maps and music, this item does this beautifully! The touch screen is responsive to touch. Nice and bright, you can change the brightness level very easily. Little to no lag when scrolling maps. Bluetooth works perfect! Size of the display is great for my needs, I put this in a 2011 Subaru Legacy. I do believe this a a good value for the money. I have added a couple of pics showing this using Android Auto. I put this in my wife’s car, it’s making me want one for my truck now!
